1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdtjt ("bdtjt", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bdtjt website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, promotional programmes, and any other products or services offered through the bdtjt platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the bdtjt website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

bdtjt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy arising from translation into another language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Players who access bdtjt from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to them.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use bdtjt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold a current self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on your bdtjt account or any linked account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of bdtjt or its affiliated entities.
• You are not registered on any national or regional self-exclusion register that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

bdtjt reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, at first withdrawal, or following any subsequent deposit. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid national identity card, passport, or government-issued photo identification. Accounts that cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bdtjt Services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one account at bdtjt at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid, current email address to which you have sole access.
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your current residential address including district and division within Bangladesh.

You must notify bdtjt promptly of any changes to your personal information. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. bdtjt will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify bdtjt immediately by contacting our support team. bdtjt accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

bdtjt operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the platform:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: Documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited to your bdtjt account, where required by our risk assessment procedures.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in our verification request will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the bdtjt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bdtjt supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard issued by participating Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bdtjt account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 5 minutes to reflect depending on your issuing bank's processing time.
• bdtjt does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bdtjt reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be satisfactorily verified as originating from an account held in your name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Your account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are typically completed within 15–60 minutes. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• bdtjt reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may delay processing times. We will communicate any such delays to the email address registered on your account.
• Withdrawals may not be cancelled once they have entered the processing state.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on bdtjt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game in question. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or betting section of the platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules set out in that section shall govern, subject to the overriding provisions of these Terms.

5.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are final once confirmed. bdtjt does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (manifest error), bdtjt reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or voided at bdtjt's discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: network interruptions, data feed failures, or events that materially affect the integrity of the market.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per settlement period. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Bets in excess of the stated maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout amount.
• Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers domestic fixtures — is subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the Cricket section of the platform.

5.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot games are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game rules, RTP rates, and paytables are accessible within each game.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, any bet in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the bet amount returned to your account balance.
• bdtjt does not manipulate game outcomes. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently verified for fairness.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may differ slightly from the amount paid out at the moment of a win, due to the real-time nature of jackpot accumulation.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdtjt platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to bdtjt immediately; failure to report constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Placing bets on events in which you have any inside knowledge not available to the general public.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in connection with events on which bets are placed.
• Arbitrage betting strategies or any systematic approach designed to guarantee a risk-free profit at the expense of bdtjt's commercial interests.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bdtjt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed at the point of opt-in, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds or free spins and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated at the point of opt-in. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• bdtjt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

bdtjt's promotional calendar is aligned with the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural year. Regular promotions are offered around BPL season, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Eid festivities, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and Victory Day (December 16). 7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

7.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling by activating a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period you will be unable to deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bdtjt platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.

By using bdtjt, you acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. 8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

You may close your bdtjt account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification, provided that all wagering requirements associated with active bonuses have been met. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bdtjt

bdtjt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated betting tools.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at bdtjt staff or other players.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, bdtjt reserves the right to retain any balance in the account, including real-money funds, winnings, and bonuses, as damages for the breach. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds will be held until the investigation is concluded.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdtjt will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 or the account balance (whichever is lower) until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated by logging in. Dormant account fees will not be applied to accounts with a zero balance.
